Cancellation Policy

Priority Skin Boutique has a 24 hour cancellation and no-show policy that reserves the right to charge the card on file 100% of your scheduled appointment. Reminders are sent 72 hours before your appointment and again 24 hours before. There will never be charges to any card without notice and adequate explanation. Please respect that if you do not show to your scheduled appointment, the time slot cannot be filled. This is lost time and income for the business.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. If you are unhappy with a product or service, please reach out to us immediately.

Consent For Treatment Policy

I understand, acknowledge, and consent to being treated in the practice of skincare by a Licensed Esthetician at Priority Skin Boutique LLC in Southwick, Massachusetts. I understand that my provider will be working with chemical solutions and I understand the risks and hazards related to treatment. I understand my provider is licensed to practice in the State of Massachusetts as an Esthetician and does not offer any medical treatments or services.

Liability Policy

I hereby release Priority Skin Boutique LLC and it's employees from any and all liability for any loss, injury, expense, demand or occurrence that may arise as a result of receiving a treatment or product.
